The kit, published on a CD-Rom, includes advisor guides, presentation materials and sample client brochures.
The guides provide materials such as answers to questions about irrevocable life insurance trusts and dynasty trusts, ideas about ways to make irrevocable life insurance trusts more flexible, discussions about the use of family limited partnerships, and marketing materials for clients who want to use survivorship standby trusts.
