Aetna's Chickering Group student insurance unit will market the Vital Savings discount card program to 501,000 students on 48 U.S. college and university campuses.
Card holders pay a monthly or annual fee. The card does not provide dental insurance, but it does provide access to a network of dentists who have agreed to accept prenegotiated rates.
