Matthew Beizer will be a managing director in the New York office, and John Hendrix will be an associated director in the office.
Beizer previously was managing director and co-founder of IFS Capital Advisors L.L.C., New York, an insurance industry consulting firm. He has a bachelor's degree, a law degree and a master's degree in business from the University of Pennsylvania.
Hendrix previously was a financial institutions specialist in an investment banking unit at Bank of America Corp., Charlotte, N.C. He has a bachelor's degree from Yale University and a master's degree in business from Northwestern University.
