The investment management unit at Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J., has hired John Foehl to sell investment services to property-casualty insurers and offshore captive insurers.[@@]
Foehl, a former chairman of the National Association of Independent Insurers, Des Plaines, Ill., previously was co-owner of LPM Financial Advisors L.L.C., Cheshire, Conn., an institutional money management firm.
Foehl has a bachelor's degree in biology and accounting from Union College and a master's degree in business from the University of Hartford. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner and Certified Cash Manager professional designations.
