The 15-member council, better known as the ERISA Advisory Council, gives the secretary of labor advice about the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
The new members from the financial services sector are Charles Clark, an actuary in the New Jersey office of Aon Corp., Chicago, and Sherrie Grabot, president of GuidedChoice Inc., San Jose, Calif., an investment advisory firm that serves members of 401(k) plans.
