Nationwide To Publish Allocation Recommendations

NU Online News Service, May 3, 2004, 2:43 p.m. EDT – Nationwide Financial Services Inc., Columbus, Ohio, will be publishing a quarterly report for advisors who want to help clients allocate retirement assets.[@@]

The report will offer recommendations for use of the investment options wrapped in Nationwide's Best of America variable annuities.

Nationwide will base the recommendations in the report on investment research from Morningstar Inc., Chicago, and allocation guidelines for 5 different types of investors. The guidelines are supposed to meet the needs of conservative, moderately conservative, moderate, moderately aggressive and aggressive investors.

Nationwide notes that the report is simply an investment tool and does not guarantee that investors who follow the recommendations will make a profit.

Nationwide will be posting the report in The Best of America Sales & Service Center section, at http://www.bestofamerica.com
