Levine has been the company's managing director for finance. She joined the company in 1996 as a vice president at a subsidiary, National Securities Clearing Corp.
Levine succeeds Richard Macek, who has become chief executive of 2 DTCC subsidiaries.
Levine has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and a master's degree in finance from New York University. She holds the Certified Public Accountant professional designation.
