The unit has opened regional offices in Chicago, New York and San Francisco.
The company has hired Tobi Strevell to run the Chicago office. She previously worked as a consultant for Hewitt Associates Inc., Lincolnshire, Ill.
The company has hired Christopher Mooney, the former leader of the Norwalk, Conn., office at Mercer Human Resources Consulting, to run the New York office, and Mark Agnew, who formerly was a principal in the health and welfare practice at Towers Perrin L.P., to run the San Francisco office.
