BNC Bank Buys Richard Q. Perry Agency

NU Online News Service, April 5, 2004, 11:50 a.m. – Milne Scali & Company, a subsidiary of BNC National Bank, announced its acquisition of the Richard Q. Perry Agency, an employee benefits and property-casualty agency in Salt Lake City.[@@]

Milne Scali, in Phoenix, Ariz., provides a broad variety of insurance products and services to business, individual, trade and association clients.

The agency will be known as the Salt Lake City branch of Milne Scali & Company. Richard Perry, who had been principal at the agency, will serve as its vice president.
