Washington Firm Picks MassMutual To Run 401(k) Plan

NU Online News Service, March 24, 2004, 10:43 a.m. EST – W.C. & A.N. Miller Companies, Washington, has picked Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Springfield, Mass., to run its 401(k) plan.[@@]

Miller, a real estate agency and home construction firm, has a plan with $4.4 million in assets and 140 participants.

Andrew Prevost, a vice president at The Meltzer Group, Silver Spring, Md., will handle participant education, and Barbara Phillips will be the third-party administrator.

MassMutual will supply recordkeeping services, administrative services and technology services.
