ConservCare sells products and services that help disabled workers regain the ability to work and handle normal activities of daily living.
Lester, who previously was chief executive officer of the privately held company, succeeds Bruce Lester as president. Michele Lester helped found ConservCare in 1989. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of South Florida.
