Manulife bought the 24-story, 528,000-square-foot building from a development partnership led by Trammell Crow Company, Dallas.
Manulife now owns about 23 million square feet of real estate in Canada, the United States and Japan.
The 9 Manulife buildings in Atlanta account for about 10% of the company's total real estate portfolio.
