NU Online News Service, Nov. 10, 2003, 5:21 p.m. EST – Milliman USA, Seattle, an actuarial consulting firm, says Morgan Consulting Ltd., London, a European actuarial consulting firm, has agreed to join the Milliman Global consulting network.
Morgan Consulting was founded in 1999 and has consultants in France, Italy, Spain and other European countries.
The price of the deal and other financial terms were not available, but Milliman says Morgan Consulting will continue to do business under its own name. Morgan Consulting also will carry on with plans to open formal offices in Milan and Madrid in 2004, Milliman says.
