The company has set up separate sections for employers, producers and consumers and incorporated some of the same UnumProvident employee photos that it uses in its "Putting People First" advertising campaign on the Web site.
Other changes include the addition of electronic commission statements for producers, performance tracking tools for producers, and a sample interactive claim form for holders of individual policies and members of employer-sponsored plans.
UnumProvident also has expanded its newsroom section to include a press release archive, executive biographies and more contact information.
