NU Online News Service, Oct. 15, 2003, 11:23 a.m. EDT – Blue Shield of California, San Francisco, has agreed to market Web services from BISNet Inc., Concord, Calif., to employers that buy Blue Shield group insurance.
BISNet sets up Web-based benefits enrollment and administration systems.
Employers that buy BISNet services through Blue Shield may qualify for discounts of up to 50%, BISNet says.
