NU Online News Service, Oct. 1, 2003, 12:29 p.m. EDT – EFinancialNews Ltd., London, has acquired jobsinthemoney Inc., Stamford, Conn.

EFinancialNews runs eFinancialCareers.com, a European financial services employment Web site, and jobsinthemoney runs Jobsinthemoney.com, a U.S. financial services job site.

The price of the deal and other terms were not available.
