Pape To Be CFP Board Chair-Elect

NU Online News Service, Sept. 25, 2003, 1:47 p.m. EDT – The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., Denver, says Glenn Pape will succeed David Diesslin as chair-elect of its board of governors in 2004.

The CFP Board owns and controls use of the Certified Financial Planner trademark and the CFP certification mark.

Pape is a partner in the San Francisco office of Ernst & Young L.L.P. He has a bachelor's degree in classics from the University of Chicago, a master's degree in business from the University of Chicago and a law degree from DePaul College of Law. He holds the CFP, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Personal Financial Specialist professional designations.
