AMS Offers Benefits Services For P-C Brokers

NU Online News Service, Sept. 4, 2003, 4:31 p.m. EDT – AMS Services Inc., Windsor, Conn., says it will be introducing two services, AMS Benefits Workflow and AMS Benefits Administration, to help the property-casualty insurance brokers who use its automated agency management services break into the employee benefits market.

AMS Benefits Workflow will handle sales force automation, client servicing, agency management and commission tracking for benefits brokers.

AMS Benefits Administration will help brokers administer benefit plans and give brokers tools that they can use to offer self-service capabilities to employers.

AMS will host the systems on its own computers in College Station, Texas. Agencies will be able to reach the systems through electronic networks.
