Florida, Massachusetts Approve CNA Group Benefits Product

NU Online News Service, Aug. 28, 2003, 3:45 p.m. EDT – CNA Financial Corp., Chicago, has received regulatory approval to sell its Flexible Protection Plan group benefits program in Florida and Massachusetts.

The program combines term life insurance with total disability insurance and accelerated death benefits.

CNA now is marketing the program in all U.S. states except Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.
