NU Online News Service, Aug. 27, 2003, 11:31 a.m. EDT – MetLife Inc., New York, has updated MetLink, its Web-based group benefits administration system.
One addition, a Quick Links feature, lets executives create a special menu for their favorite tools, such as the claims status report button or the employee benefits enrollment report button.
MetLife also has added a library of benefits administration forms, more tools for generating reports, a better search engine, a simpler process for adding employee information and new tools for tracking disability claims.
