NU Online News Service, July 17, 2003, 1:05 p.m. EST – Foundation Source Philanthropic Services Inc., Norwalk, Conn., has hired Daniel Schley to be its executive chairman and Christopher Infurchia to be its president.
Douglas Mellinger, who was the company's founder and chairman, will now be a vice chairman, Foundation Source says.
"Mellinger will work on key aspects of the company's strategy and vision, as well as continue his present efforts to grow the company's base of alliance partners in the financial services and legal sectors," Foundation Source says.
