NU Online News Service, July 14, 2003, 12:01 p.m. EDT – Manulife USA, Boston, has developed a Web-based calculator that producers can use to sell 529 college savings plans.
The calculator compares the likely performance of investments in 529 savings plans with similar investments in other types of accounts, and it gives a producer a printed proposal letter or a custom illustration that the producer can use with prospective clients.
