Deutsche Picks Benner To Help Manage Insurer Assets

NU Online News Service, June 3, 2003, 12:49 p.m. EDT – Deutsche Asset Management, New York, has hired H. Dean Benner to run its insurance fixed-income management team.

Deutsche Asset Management, a unit of Deutsche Bank A.G., Frankfurt, manages $82 billion in fixed-income assets and other assets for insurance companies.

Benner previously was managing director of structured core fixed-income management at Credit Suisse Asset Management L.L.C., New York. Before that, he was director of fixed-income management at Brundage Story & Rose L.L.C., New York.

Benner has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in finance from Loyola University of Chicago. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation.
