ING Investment Buys Delta Capital

NU Online News Service, April 21, 2003, 4:16 p.m. EDT – ING Investment Management Americas, Atlanta, is buying Delta Capital Management L.L.C., New York, a company that manages about $275 million for institutional investors and wealthy individuals.

Delta Capital, which was founded in 1998, specializes in investing in big companies with relatively low stock prices and relatively high earnings.

William Coughlin, Delta Capital's managing partner, and three other partners will become ING Investment portfolio managers, ING Investment says.

ING Investment is a unit of ING Groep N.V., Amsterdam.
