NU Online News Service, March 20, 2003, 12:48 p.m. EST – Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Company, Bedford, Texas, has introduced TransCare Options, a rider that lets consumers pay extra for guaranteed rate stability.
The program provides a three-year rate guarantee along with optional guarantees for up to 20 years.
The program also gives policyholders the option of paying off policies over periods of five years, 10 years, 15 years or 20 years. Policyholders can also choose to pay off policies all at once, or to make payments until age 65.
