NU Online News Service, Jan. 7, 1:22 p.m. – The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Simsbury, Conn., has agreed to offer a Web-based retirement planning service from Morningstar Inc., Chicago, to members of the public-employee retirement plans it administers.
