NU Online News Service, Dec. 16, 4:21 p.m. – HealthExtras Inc., Rockville, Md., a pharmacy benefit management company, says it has acquired Pharmacy Network National Corp., Raleigh, N.C., a company that manages pharmacy benefits in the Carolinas and Tennessee, for $21 million in cash.
