NU Online News Service, Aug. 26, 11:03 a.m. – CareQuest Inc., Madison, Wis., says it is enrolling students now for its 3-year-old CareQuest University program.
Students who complete the 10-segment, 45-hour program receive the Long-Term Care Group Specialist professional designation.
Organizers of the designation program say it gives students much more general education about long-term care than the typical long-term care seminar can provide.
CareQuest recently hired David Wegge, a professor at St. Norbert College, to act as the program's dean.
