NU Online News Service, Aug. 26, 4:53 p.m. – Anthem Inc., Indianapolis, has agreed to use electronic communications systems from Affiliated Network Services L.L.C., Chicago, to run its Blue Cross and Blue Shield dental plans in nine states starting in early 2003.
