U.S. Bank To Handle Kel-Welco 401(k) Plan

NU Online News Service, Aug. 20, 2 p.m. – Kel-Welco, Inc., Omaha, Neb., has selected U.S. Bank, a unit of U.S. Bancorp, Minneapolis, to provide its employees with a 401(k) retirement plan. Kel-Welco is a distributor of power tools, fasteners and related construction materials.

The plan will be managed by U.S. Bank?fs institutional trust and custody division.

U.S. Bancorp, with assets in excess of $173 billion, operates 2,131 banking offices and 4,818 ATMs and provides a wide line of banking, brokerage, insurance, investment, mortgage, trust and payment services to consumers, businesses and institutions.
