NU Online News Service, Aug. 12, 1:34 p.m. – Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina, Columbia, S.C., has introduced a new health plan for small groups that features a zero deductible and no co-payments when members use in-network providers.
South Carolina Blue has added the plan to the company's Preferred Blue product line for groups with two to 50 members.
Although the zero-deductible plan eliminates deductibles and co-payments, participants are still responsible for coinsurance payments.
