NU Online News Service, Aug. 5, 2:05 p.m. – Clark/Bardes Inc., New York, has hired Jim Hughes to be the senior vice president in charge of its new Human Capital Practice office in Los Angeles.
Hughes, formerly a partner in the Los Angeles office of Arthur Andersen's Human Capital Group, has 20 years of human resources consulting experience.
Clark/Bardes, which has been aggressively expanding its Human Capital Practice in recent weeks, will continue to operate a separate compensation consulting office in Los Angeles that specializes in executive compensation and benefits consulting.
Bill MacDonald is still running the Los Angeles executive compensation office, Clark/Bardes says.
