NU Online News Service, July 29, 12:21 p.m. – Clark/Bardes Inc., New York, says its Human Capital Practice unit has picked Barbara Estes to run a new human capital office in Berkeley, Calif.
Estes previously was a consultant in the firm's compensation consulting practice.
The Berkeley human capital office will handle compensation and performance analysis; design of retirement plans and other benefit plans; and international employment concerns, Clark/Bardes says.
