Hancock Introduces Group LTC Policy

NU Online News Service, July 23, 4:43 p.m. – John Hancock Financial Services Inc., Boston, says its John Hancock Life Insurance Company unit is introducing a new CareCHOICE group long-term care insurance program.

Policy features include a stay-at-home benefit, which covers services such as home modifications and caregiver training, to help insureds stay in their homes as long as possible; a shared care benefit, to help spouses share benefits; an international benefit, to help insureds living outside the United States; and the elimination of coverage exclusions for long-term care needs resulting from mental health problems.
