NU Online News Service, July 16, 2:49 p.m. – PayMaxx Inc., Franklin, Tenn., has won a contract to provide payroll, human resources and employee benefits management services to customers of the FleetOne fuel card network.
National Commerce Financial Corp., Memphis, Tenn., set up the fuel card program in 1988 to give owners of fleets of local and long-distance trucks a system to pay for fuel and other supplies.
PayMaxx will now market its payroll and benefits services to the fleet owners who use the cards, PayMaxx says.
One program feature will give fleet owners the ability to pay long-distance truck drivers through a debit card system.
