American Express Starting Rollover Program

NU Online News Service, July 9, 4:13 p.m. – American Express Financial Advisors Inc., Minneapolis, a unit of the American Express Financial Corp., New York, is setting up a program that members of American Express-run 401(k) plans will be able to use to roll plan assets into individual retirement accounts.

The service gives plan participants who are retiring or changing jobs an easy way to move assets from mutual funds in the 401(k) plans into the same mutual funds in the IRAs, American Express says.
