NU Online News Service, June 14, 12:15 p.m. – Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals, Oakland, Calif., says L. Dale Crandall, the company's president and chief operating officer, is leaving the company to "pursue other senior management-level opportunities."
Crandall joined the large, nonprofit managed care company in 1998 as chief financial officer and was soon promoted to president.
