NU Online News Service, May 1, 12:25 p.m. – Oxford Health Plans Inc., Trumbull, Conn., is reporting $71 million in net income for the first quarter on $1.2 billion in revenue, up from $68 million in net income on $1.1 billion in revenue for the first quarter of 2001.
The company ended the quarter providing or administering major medical coverage for 1.6 million people, up from 1.5 million people a year earlier.
