Highmark, the parent company of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Western Pennsylvania, recently acquired Pennsylvania Blue. Highmark used the Broadvision software to add the same kinds of personalized information to the Pennsylvania Blue site that were already available on Highmark's own Western Pennsylvania Blue site, Broadvision says.
