Spectera Hires Two Sales Executives

NU Online News Service, March 19, 10:15 a.m. – Spectera Inc., Baltimore, a managed vision benefits company, has hired Deborah Field-Levy to help it open and run a new field office in Seattle. She will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounts in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and northern California.

Field-Levy has 13 years of experience in employee benefits sales and a bachelor's degree from Seattle Pacific University. She is a candidate for the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.

Spectera also has hired Jim Shearer to be a vice president of sales for its South/Central Division, which includes Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Wyoming.

Shearer, who will work in Spectera's Dallas office, has 11 years of experience in vision care sales. He has a bachelor's degree from Murray State University.

Spectera is a unit of UnitedHealth Group Inc., Minnetonka, Minn.
