Segal Acquires Human Resources Consulting Firm

NU Online News Service, Jan. 31, 11:57 a.m. – The Segal Company, New York, a benefits consulting firm, has bought the assets of Sibson & Company, Princeton, N.J., a human resources consulting firm, from Nextera Enterprises Inc., Boston.

The price and other terms were not available, but Vincent Perro, previously chief executive of Sibson, is now chief operating officer of Sibson Consulting, a Segal unit that includes the Sibson operations and the old Segal human resources consulting operations.
