Montana And Hawaii Blues Choose QCSI

NU Online News Service, Jan. 30, 10:25 a.m. – Quality Care Solutions Inc., Phoenix, a software company, says two Blue Cross Blue Shield plans have signed long-term contracts to license its health care administration system, QMACS.

One new customer, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, Helena, Mont., has more than 288,000 members and 140,000 Medicare beneficiaries, QCSI says.

The other new customer, the Hawaii Medical Service Association, Honolulu, has 650,000 members. It will be using QMACS for its managed Medicare and Medicaid programs, QCSI says.
