NU Online News Service, Jan. 21, 3:47 p.m. – The BISYS Group Inc., New York, has introduced a package of standardized services that financial services companies can use to administer the new "Individual(k)" individual 401(k) plans through the Web.
Changes in federal tax laws made the plans available to owners of small businesses Jan. 1.
BISYS says it has been getting the experience it needs to develop its Individual(k) support services by helping 50 companies set up Individual(k) administration systems.
