NU Online News Service, Jan. 10, 2:07 p.m. – Ceridian Corp., Minneapolis, and USI Holdings Corp., San Francisco, say they have negotiated a five-year marketing and referral agreement.
Ceridian, a payroll, tax and benefits administrator, has agreed to refer its customers to USI, an insurance broker, and USI has agreed to refer its customers to Ceridian.
The companies say they will launch a cross-marketing program in the next few weeks.
