NU Online News Service, Dec. 13, 5:33 p.m. – The National Underwriter Company, Erlanger, Ky., and John Hewitt & Associates Inc., Portland, Maine, are asking employee benefits brokers to participate in a practice operations survey.
The survey covers topics such as quotation of prices, client relationships, satisfaction with compensation, and the future of the industry.
Brokers who participate will get a chance to send insurance company executives a message about what they really think.
Brokers will also get a free copy of the survey report, which will show how their firms compare with other benefits brokerage firms, and a chance to compete in a drawing. The drawing prize will be a choice between a $500 gift certificate from L.L. Bean and a free registration for the 2002 Hewitt disability insurance conference in Fort Myers, Fla.
