NU Online News Service, Nov. 20, 9:25 a.m. – Metropolitan West Financial Inc., Los Angeles, an investment management company, says it has named former Vice President Al Gore vice chairman.
Gore will be responsible for "developing private equity strategies" in the biotechnology and information technology fields, and he will also help market MetWest outside the United States, the company says.
