LOMA To Benchmark Insurer Call Centers

NU Online News Service, Oct. 25, 11:10 a.m. – LOMA, Atlanta, a nonprofit insurance management association, says it will work with BenchmarkPortal, Inc., Santa Maria, Calif., to survey call center performance at financial service companies.

The survey will be offered to LOMA members at no charge this fall.

BenchmarkPortal has a license to use a database of call center performance measures developed by researchers at Purdue University.

Participants in the LOMA study will receive reports comparing the performance of their call centers to the performance of the thousands of call centers in the database, LOMA says.
