Feldman, a resident of East Liverpool, Ohio, and Palm Harbor, Fla., is an agent with New York Life Insurance Company, New York. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations.
Feldman is also a founder of First National Community Bank, East Liverpool, and a trustee of East Liverpool City Hospital.
