Law Firm Hires Three

NU Online News Service, Sept. 25, 1:55 p.m. – Dechert, Washington, a law firm, has hired three financial services lawyers for its East Coast offices.

Kimberly Dopkin Rasevic has joined the Washington office as a specialist in investment management issues. She has worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, in an office that develops rules on mutual fund disclosures. She has a law degree from Duke University.

Carla Vogel has joined the New York office as a specialist in helping financial service and asset management companies introduce new investment products. She has a law degree from Pace University.

Brian Vargo has joined the Philadelphia office as a specialist in securities regulation and state laws governing business organizations. Vargo is an adjunct faculty member at Villanova University School of Law and the associate editor of the Villanova Journal of Law & Investment Management. He has a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
