NU Online News Service, Aug. 24, 4:45 p.m. – Premier Access Insurance Company, Sacramento, Calif., a midsize group dental insurer, has decided to market an off-the-shelf benefits administration system rather than developing its own.
The insurer will offer discounts to employers that agree to use the BeneTrac system from Hawthorne Benefit Technologies Inc., San Diego, to handle enrollment, billing, reporting and other administrative functions.
